Saucony's award-winning FleXion plate gives the most efficient transition from heel to toe conserving energy and encourages the runner quickly get up on their toes.
The Saucony Ladies ProGrid Paramount 3 features the most cushioned version of Saucony's impact deflection technology, ProGrid, which runs the full length of the shoe to absorb impact, dissipate shock and provide a seamless transition from heel to forefoot.
While the SRC impact zone and HRC Strobel board increase cushioning, comfort and heel-toe transition. There is also an arch-lock built into the upper which helps provide a snug midfoot fit. The hydrator collar lining gives next to skin comfort and maximises wicking.
