Whilst the Saucony Ladies ProGrid Kinvara has the looks and weight of a racing shoe, it's very much a training shoe for the neutral runner to use on a daily basis.
Energy is returned using a "piston" effect through the triangular lugs of the outsole giving an amazingly cushioned ride for such a lightweight shoe.
