The Kinvara 2 still provides as much cushioning as their famous ProGrid Triumph, but this shoe is 100g lighter! By using Heel ProGrid Lite for cushioning, the EVA Plus midsole provides as much shock absorption as standard ProGrid but is 20% thinner!

Whilst the Saucony Ladies ProGrid Kinvara 2 has the looks and weight of a racing shoe, it's very much a training shoe for the neutral runner to use on a daily basis.

Energy is returned using a "piston" effect through the triangular lugs of the outsole giving an amazingly cushioned ride for such a lightweight shoe.
